back in early s2 knowing english item abbreviations = sweaty tryhard not knowing them = boosted animal lol that was the vibe back then, but now i realize it was just those na veterans pulling some fucking elitist shit. ogn tried really hard to push korean item names to kill that attitude, and it worked. these days people use korean abbreviations a lot, but english ones are still pretty common.

But there were items in Season 2 too that only got called by their Korean abbreviations... like ppalg-jang and nok-jang.

i just use the english names for bc, tabi, tri, roa, ie, dcap, lw, and ga ? its easier lol people say 'going tri' not 'i'm building trinity force' right how many ppl actually call bc 'the black cleaver' with the full name
