this mf is tier 5 on KR server in Emerald+
tier 4 in Platinum+
in NA it's tier 5 in Emerald+ too
and Plat+ is at least tier 3 there
just because it's tier 2 in low elo they won't buff it??
at least fix the aa cancel bug or something, is this champ just for matching skins?
