So I Tried Electrocute Lilia Top

So I tried Electrocute Lilia top lane. My opponent was a Garbage Garen. I hit them with an aa, Q, aa to proc Electrocute, and half their HP just vanished—I was shocked. After grabbing boots and spamming abilities nonstop, my movement speed hit 500, which was hilarious. Definitely running this again tomorrow.
