my promotion series got wiped cause of a client error dodge

if i report this can i get my promos back or something?? i was on my 3rd promo attempt, win or lose, last game, and like 5 seconds left i tried to pick but the ready button wouldn't click and then i got dodged and lost my promos.. failed my promos for the 3rd time and even lost the games i should've won so i'm tilted anyone know??
