PUBG matchmaking is messed up, I die without firing a single shot

Squading with my friend after F2P is easy, but when I solo, these guys are way too good. I didn't start with F2P but something's off with my PUBG MMR. I can't get a shot off, get insta-deleted in 1~2 seconds by enemies I never see, alt-F4 every time, and end up dying with 1 kill at rank 10~15.
