Well, now that normals are the same format as ranked, there's no real reason to play normals anymore. And matchmaking barely pops in normals too.
I never really cared about climbing, so I used to just chill in normals. But if the format's the same, ranked feels like the better pick—way fewer trolls and at least a tiny bit higher level of play.
