low sens vs high sens

i used to be a high sens player, then switched to low sens and my inconsistency went away but the sens is too low, i can't turn the screen and miss enemies, what do i do..? was worried about my wrist so i went low sens but my arm gets tired easily T.T what should i do, buy a heavy mouse and use mid sens?
