anyone know why logout doesn't work after pressing i understand

trying to use an alt account since my main got suspended auto-logged into the suspended account checked the sanctions history and pressed 'i understand' it's supposed to auto-logout but it didn't so i clicked x logged out manually and ran the game then it auto-logs in again and shows the 'i understand' window it's just sitting there ugh how do i fix this can't even get to the login screen for my alt
