Hello. I am a college student currently majoring in eSports. I am writing a thesis titled "Exploring Service Improvement Strategies Based on an Analysis of Game User Churn: Focusing on League of Legends." As part of my research, I am looking for people who have taken a break from League of Legends (specifically Solo Queue). I am looking for individuals who have been away for at least 6 months to a year. I am currently conducting interviews for this study.
