Op bros, idk if I should quit my job.

So I worked my way up to manager at a small franchise store, but lately sales have been dropping hard, which means we're stuck with leftover ingredients eating into costs. I did everything HQ told me to do, but then they keep riding my ass over some bad reviews we got. They're even telling me to step down as manager if I can't handle it. On top of that, they keep cycling out employees whenever they feel like it and are about to do it again... Salary's around high 200s (KRW), and I'm just sitting here wondering if I should even stick around....
