The vote couldn't be announced because of a ballot shortage. And wouldn't you know it, apparently some candidates, had there been no ballot shortage, already popped the champagne and sent out victory messages at the time the election result was supposed to come out.
What an absolutely crazy coincidence and totally random mistake and purely accidental, right? Guess these things happen.
