Probably because they think buying grievous wounds is a DPS loss, so the guy who applies anti-heal the easiest never builds it, and everyone just assumes someone else will do it — that mindset is fucking rotten.
I don't get why carries turn it into a dick-measuring contest over who buys anti-heal
