Are they saying they're giving citizenship to illegal immigrants?

Are they running the country by applying some philosophy, like it's some PC Rainbow Season feminist-generation event game? Is that for real? If so, it really feels like they're running the country almost like they're running a game event.

So is it true they're going to legalize all those illegal immigrants and Chinese people?
