OP.GG Community Rules and Regulations

Hello, this is Galio, the OP.GG Talk administrator. To foster a pleasant community culture, we kindly ask you to thoroughly review the following.

1. Basic Etiquette and Usage Rules (Mandatory Requirements)

1. Mutual Respect
   • Hate speech, parental insults, profanity, defamation, and targeting specific users are prohibited.
   • Roleplaying, spamming, and other forms of trolling are prohibited.
   • Please communicate with respect and consideration for others.
2. Content Restrictions
   • All posts violating Article 8 of the Deliberation Regulations on Information and Communication are prohibited.
   • Provocative or shocking images/videos, adult content, and illegal recordings are prohibited.
   • Distribution of obscene material is prohibited.
   • Promotion of services other than OP.GG, advertising, and dissemination of personal information are prohibited.
3. No Disputes
   • Content that chronically incites disputes, targets members, or describes in-game misconduct is prohibited.
   • Such content is only permitted in the Incidents & Accidents board.
4. Account Management
   • Only one account per person is allowed.
   • Using multiple accounts to troll, use inappropriate nicknames, or manipulate votes is prohibited.
5. No Politics
   • All political content (including words and images) is prohibited.
   • Political content is only permitted on the Chatter site.
6. No Cliques
   • Conversations that are only understandable to the parties involved are prohibited.
   • Seeking fame through a concept is prohibited.
   • Communicating by mentioning nicknames is prohibited.
   • Sharing contact information through personal details (game ID, contact info, Discord, open chat room links, etc.) is prohibited.
7. No Disparaging the Service
   • Acts that disrupt service operation, such as spreading false information or defaming administrators, are prohibited.
   • For service-related inquiries, please use the Help Center.
8. No Format Violations
   • User recruitment posts must use the User Search board.
   • Political posts must use the Chatter site.
   • Posts about in-game disputes or targeting members must use the Incidents & Accidents board.

2. Exclusions from Hot Posts

1. Posts that violate the basic etiquette and usage rules.
2. Posts that have accumulated multiple reports for violating notices.
3. Posts that solicit votes or posts where cliques are a concern.
4. Posts that include external links.
5. Provocative posts:
   • Images that excessively emphasize chest, buttocks, thighs, facial expressions, etc.
   • Images containing suggestive clothing or poses.
   • Posts containing suggestive keywords.
   • Transparent depictions of specific body parts or exposure of underwear.
   • The same standards apply to AI-generated images.
