What matters more in PUBG: aim, positioning, or team timing?

I have been thinking about this after a few PUBG matches. A lot of players say aim is everything in PUBG. I agree that aim matters, especially in close-range fights. If you miss your spray or panic with your recoil, you can lose a fight even with better cover. But after playing more squad matches, I feel like positioning and team timing win more games than raw aim alone. For example, a team with average aim can still win if they hold the better ridge, play inside the next zone, and wait for the right third-party timing. On the other side, I have seen good aim players get knocked fast because they push one by one with no cover. Even in Roblox, combat games, players who move better and choose smarter fights usually survive longer than players who only chase kills. For PUBG, I think strong players do these things better: 1. They rotate before the blue zone forces them. 2. They avoid running in open fields without smoke or cover. 3. They do not take every fight they see. 4. They wait for teammates before pushing. 5. They know when to third-party and when to stay quiet. In my opinion, aim helps you win the fight in front of you, but positioning decides if that fight is even worth taking. A player with good aim but bad positioning can still throw the match. A player with smart positioning, good cover, and calm timing can survive longer and get better fights. What do you think matters more in PUBG: aim, positioning, or team timing?
