So I thought about it, but we'll have to actually see the ratios when it's out

I don't think Tear is very necessary. The risk of having to constantly use E like before is gone, so it seems like you can cover your mana needs with Lost Chapter or Biscuits. And in the case of a damage dealer building Iceborn Gauntlet, it's usually to fill a gap in CC, or when you can still output decent damage even with Iceborn, or when you have on-hit effects, or when you need some armor. But Kayle already has CC, a heal, and an invulnerability ability, so building Iceborn would likely cause a significant damage loss. It's probably not needed. Rather, building Rylai's to add a slow to her wave would be much better.
