9.4 PBE Conqueror Rune Change: Heimerdinger Turret Damage, Is This For Real?

Since Heimerdinger's turrets deal continuous damage, they synergize well with the Conqueror rune. Additionally, each turret grants a stack of Conqueror, so if you land all three turrets, your E, and your W, you'll instantly reach the full 5 stacks. With full stacks, the increased ability power maximizes your turret damage.
