      블라디버프까지숨참음It's true they reduced it, but the minion tick damage and monster tick damage numbers are the additional amount on top of the base tick damage. So if the base tick damage went from 1% -> 1.5%, then for minions it would be 1×1.6%p -> 1.5×1.5%p = 2.25%p, right?
