📈 Buffs
- Anivia Q cooldown reduced, E damage slightly increased
- Katarina Armor 28 → 32
- Malphite Armor 37 → 40 / E base damage increased (70~230 → 80~240)
- Pantheon Q monster ratio increased (0.75x → 0.8x), minion/monster damage cap 120 → 150
- Veigar W damage increased (85~305 → 85~305 + AP ratio buffed)
📉 Nerfs
- Briar Passive max stacks 7 → 5
- Orianna W damage decreased (70~270 + 70% → 70~230 + 80%)
- Volibear Passive damage decreased, E AP ratio nerfed
- Warwick AD growth 2.75 → 2.5, Attack Speed growth 2.3% → 2%
⚖️ Adjustments
- Azir W ratio/bonus damage structure changed, cooldown recovery speed slowed
- Camille Armor growth increased, W cooldown slightly reduced, W base damage buffed
- Fizz W damage/DPS structure changed, Ultimate damage radius adjusted
- Graves Overall adjustment to basic attack and skill damage ratios
- Wukong Q bonus AD ratio nerfed, W cooldown increased, E/W damage changed
