Let's figure out how bowling Lillia puts her shoes on

So this is bowling Lillia, but with her body structure it looks super hard to get socks and shoes on the back foot too. Does someone help her put them on, or does she bend herself into a pretzel doing it with all her might?

Personally, I think the idea of her scrunching up and barely managing to squeeze them on is more fun.
