dinger's stun down, bounce with passive to chip turret hp, then e zone + basic combo, turret's usually done for, and ult slam kills both turret and dinger
that's only possible with shurelya's principle sion (a specific sion build with shurelya's)
even if you go shurelya's principle sion, if you can't manage distance you can't even play safe
and teamfights are worse than normal tank sion
you should just see it as cuzz playing well.

Ornn, Akali, Sett, Cho'Gath, and Mordekaiser should be moved down to easy.
Malphite and Renekton should be moved up to hard.
Yorick should be moved up to ok.
Darius should be moved up to hard.
honestly it depends on what voli you're playing if you go damage you can never beat champs like jax if you go tank it's like average just survive lane and it's fine and the matchups all shift like that even darius if you go tank you can't beat him if you go damage it's a skill matchup and you can win

If you can't kill Aatrox before level 6, it's really grim, and Fiora is basically all about the Riposte mind game, so it's even but still tough.
Urgot is not unbeatable if you flash his ult and stick to him with Ghost. It's just a range issue.
Gangplank, assuming the barrel mind game is even, if you trade and then all-in with Ghost, I think it's hard for him to win. Not an easy matchup, but if you bait out his Orange and dive, he'll eventually have to burn Flash, and then if you ult, it's doable.
Rumble, even if you try to ignore his harpoons with your ult, chasing is not easy, and if he has good heat management at Volibear's strong level 4, you'll lose the all-in, so I doubt it's "average."
Renekton, I really don't get why he's listed as "average." If he does empowered W, Q, then E, E away, no matter what you do, you can't catch him on Volibear. Even with some tenacity, unless Renekton just lets you all-in, I don't think it's an easy matchup.
I think Kled is listed as easy only because the pilot he met was bad.
When you meet a proper player of that champ, "fuck" comes out naturally.
Teemo is actually simple.
Take Lethal Tempo, Ghost, and Cleanse, and you can win.
The downside is that when ganks come, you just have to fight into them...
Yorick being easy, I honestly don't get it.
If you meet a proper player, you can't breathe and the inhibitor gets opened.
If the tier list is based on the opponents you meet in solo queue rather than the champion's peak performance, then I can see that.

You have to survive lane to do anything, but last time in D1, I got my soul absolutely torn apart by an Ignite/Nimbus Cloak Volibear.
a while back i ran into a top grasp karma and almost lost my mind.... she's seriously a perfect counter, when i Q she just E's away, when i try to get close she W chains me and then RE's for the heal 😅😅 she was running grasp and rushing heartsteel i almost lost my mind for real.... top grasp karma gives me ptsd, it's not just 'i can't win', without ganks or roams that hardstuck diamond top karma would've whooped a challenger volibear's ass..
