10.24 Varus double q combo: q, r, aa, e, aa, q .gif (data warning)

Varus aa e proc (not sure if this is a bug, I clearly shot an auto after e landed, so why does it proc)

Level 6 Varus + attack speed shard, 0.85 AS

This Varus patch reduces the cooldown of basic abilities by 12% per stack whenever you detonate W Blight stacks with a skill, so you can fire q twice with this.

First, ult 2 stacks + auto 1 stack = detonate 3 stacks with e. Then, ult 1 stack + auto 1 stack, detonating a total of 5 Blight stacks, reducing q cooldown by 60%. After aa e aa, q probably has about 2 seconds left on cd.

For practical use, you'd poke with q, then after a few seconds, immediately flash ult aa e aa q to catch them off guard for a kill.
