What should I pick as a first pick in mid lane these days?

Main account is Diamond 4

Sub account is Platinum 2

I play Kassadin, Fizz, Kayle, and Corki

But they all have counters, so there's nothing to pick as a first pick.

I'm looking to practice one champion for first picking.

Please recommend.
