Am I the only one who runs Electrocute on Kassadin?

Honestly, unless you're brain-dead you don't first-pick Kassadin. I usually pick him when the enemy has like 2-3 AP champs. Rather than surviving with Fleet Footwork, taking Electrocute lets me win all-ins after level 6 against AP champs.
