Question about MMR T.T

Currently Gold 4 75 LP Maybe because I'm playing with friends who are a bit lower rank, I'm gaining 14 LP per win and losing 20 LP per loss. I thought a win streak might help, so I solo'd 10 wins in a row, but it's still the same. Is there a solution? T.T
