If top is a tank and bot lane got a huge lead early, should I give up my top camps and take the CS loss to cover bot when it's obvious the enemy jungler has nowhere else to go?
The enemy was Nunu and he kept showing up around bot, so I counter-jungled his blue a lot, but I feel like maybe I should've just hovered bot instead of stealing camps
if the nunu is trash you dont need to hover but if they are fed you should probably back them up

Depends on your pick. If you're playing a solo carry champ like Graves, it's better to just invade their top side and steal camps. But if you're on an early-game aggressive jungler like Lee Sin, you should invade their bot side to get deep vision, keep Nunu in check, and slowly pressure them to look for a fight. If you see their team rotating to help, just kite back slowly and bait them in—that alone makes life hell for the enemy bot lane.
