so for poppy it's not a big deal though
but poppy's own adjustments are fucking nerfed to hell...
she's a champ that pressures the enemy early so they can't get big, an anti-carry
the 4 ad nerf is big too (but isn't that way too sudden...
for adcs even a 2 ad nerf drops winrate by 1%...)
especially if q damage gets both %hp and ad ratio nerfed
i think her early poke just becomes almost nonexistent...
of course she was really strong before so it feels like she's just entering normal range now
but the problem is her counters gp, malphite, darius
are all fucking tier 1 lol
i get the poppy nerf but i can't even understand why those three get nothing...
