It seems like the standards of good and evil developed because of religion and society. Back in the day, society hadn't developed, so whether it was cannibalism or murder, it was just part of the natural cycle and the law of the jungle. Now that society has developed and a control mechanism called religion has emerged, we've got this 'this is wrong, that is right' kind of thinking. That's how I feel the standards of good and evil came about. Honestly, from nature's perspective, whether we commit murder or not, it's probably just one of the cycles of the ecosystem, not from the viewpoint of good and evil
