Well, Ashe doesn't really care about support synergy that much, so Lulu is obviously fine, and theoretically, pretty much any support is good except Yuumi.

No poly? Then ult her.
No ult either? Then E Q her.
And I'm not even a gold Lulu one-trick, but even I can't think of a reason not to pick her here.
