- Galio fires up the moderation engine, clears out things that don't fit the community, and nails down the rules to run things properly.
All users can do is send a ticket to Galio. If Galio doesn't step in, even if users try to be careful, things will go sour again.
If #2's a no-go, there's always the option of doing #1 ourselves and blowing up League from the inside lol.
