i feel like people who are constantly taking 1v1s are basically living in the death realm (mordekaiser's ult) did galio see them trying to settle the score and just slam them into morde's ult like "you bastards, fight it out in here"
or were they just brawling and then went
"oh, excuse me sir. let's not fight here, let's take this inside haha"
and then morde opened his ult and they just walked in hand-in-hand?

Isn't it both? Sometimes Galio (OP.GG admin) moves troll posts to the Incident Board, and other times people just go there themselves to settle their beef.

It's not usually Galio saying "fight here" and dragging them in. It's more like Galio brokered a global peace treaty, so one of the two just drags the other one in.
