Since we couldn't communicate at all, I asked for their rank. Since they wouldn't answer, I told them I was Master. Then, without even answering themselves, they started flexing their 'life achievement' being Master 200 LP.
Am I triggered? Yeah, I'm triggered. Imagine someone who got a 20 on their math test asking the person who got an 80, 'So, is your life achievement a math score of 80?' How can you not be triggered by that?
Who even started this 'life achievement' flexing trend?
I asked for their rank because I was curious about their rank, and I revealed mine first. Who taught them to pivot and say that revealing my rank counts as a 'life achievement'? They have zero logic; they're just trying to shift the focus to attack me somehow.
If you guys want to flex your 'life achievement' rank, then get higher than Master 200 LP and then talk to me.
There's a huge difference between someone saying, 'Is Master 200 your life achievement?' and someone like you, whose peak rank is Diamond 4, asking if Master 200 is someone's life achievement.
It's just so pathetic, honestly.
And once you guys actually hit Master, you'll see it too.
You'll see that your peak rank can't be that high.
That's when you ask those people for their rank. Why? So they'll finally shut up.
So they realize that what they think they know isn't everything.
There are players who are clearly good even when they lose. I never ask those players what their rank is. I know I'd be at a disadvantage if I asked them.
Thinking that flexing a 'life achievement' rank is a successful counter-argument makes no sense.
How little logic study did they do in school? If they had even just looked into local debate clubs, they'd know what a stupid way to argue topic-shifting is.
Did their parents never send them to a single logic/argumentation class?
It's so obvious they're trying to shift the topic to the narrative they want by using topic-shifting tactics.
It just looks incredibly pathetic. They think they're being super logical, even though they can't even hold a coherent conversation.
Mind showing me the thread where this went down?

That joke was originally meant for people who put others down and talk trash, but lately, it feels like it's just being used to criticize people mindlessly, which is kind of sad...
