OP bro twisted his ankle and grabbed crutches — update

After three days my foot's a lot better — it's fine except for this sharp jolt whenever I randomly accelerate while walking lol. So I'm keeping the cast on to prevent those jolts.

But the problem is the cast It's this kind, and my foot sweats like crazy so now when I wear it my foot gets itchy... Right now my foot's so itchy I can't sleep so I'm just gonna wash it, throw this thing off, and go to bed.
