yo wtf was that support Lux just now

She took 110 CS. And it's not like she went to an empty lane to farm — I'm the ADC. She didn't touch any creeps in bot lane early, but then once we got to mid game she'd just follow me around spamming E and nuking every minion wave... What pissed me off the most is that she'd wait until she saw the skill shot coming, then walk right into where I was trying to last hit so she could steal it...even when clearing wards she'd hover around waiting to get the last hit on those too, and she never placed vision... At first I thought maybe the wave just shoved in or something, but nah, she's a support main... Why the hell would she do this...? I thought maybe she was just tilted over something, then I checked her match history and she pulls this shit in every single one of her solo queue games — 70 to 160 CS on support Lux. Is she doing this on purpose? Can I even report this? Or is there some support meta I don't know about??
