Not easy. Her W is so fast that by the time you see it, it's too late to react. If you manage the distance well, poke her with Q when she tries to Q you, and dodge her E—then you outtrade.

Easy. Her Q gets blocked by my E. Plus, since she has to Q minions to stack up, she eats my abilities pretty easily. As long as you save your E for her engage, there's no way you die.

Hard. Until last year I permabanned her.
She pretty much ignores laning phase altogether, hops over my E with Shunpo, and then just keeps mashing Shunpo. She roams without even caring about losing waves. Way too hard to deal with.

Easy. Both her E and ult get blocked by my cage, and I have way longer range.
Easy. Just don't give him room to get on top of you. I auto him all day long.

A bit tricky, but dodge her Q by sight and avoid her E—and you win.
On the harder side, but his Q is narrow so it's easy to sidestep. Keep a distance where he can't hit you with W or E, and only fight when his spells are on cooldown.

Nothing happens between us in lane. Even if the junglers come, nobody dies. Veigar can stack off voidlings, so he has the edge in the mid-to-late game.
Easy. There's no reason you should get hit by him.

Hard. His laning is really oppressive.
The only way to deal with him is to bring the jungler, turn it into a 2v2, melt one of them, and then fight.

Easy. Her Q is way too easy to dodge.
That said, her burst is on par with mine, so sometimes I go for a kill and we end up trading 1 for 1.

Extremely hard. Permaban this season.
None of my spells hit him consistently, and his wind wall is straight-up busted. Veigar's ult projectile is slow with a clear animation, so it's easy for him to block.
Contrary to popular belief, easy. Just dodge his Q, and he's a clown.
If I build Zhonya's first item, Zed's life is ruined.
He loses lane, and I outrotate him.
