First off, I'm a Top/Jungle main. When a laner is stuck in a terrible wave state and gives up everything to buy time because of the enemy jungler, our jungler definitely gains an advantage from that. Since the laner took a hit for the team, the jungler absolutely needs to cover them at least once to keep the lane playable, but there are so many junglers now who just completely ignore this.
On the flip side, if the jungler is the one buying time, any laner who isn't a total moron will recognize that the jungler is falling behind and will try to pressure the lane, rotate first, or ward the enemy jungle. But when these junglers get all butt-hurt and start whining like "why didn't you guys rotate??" while they're playing like absolute trash, what the hell am I even supposed to do?
