Was Sett's Haymaker damage strong back on release?

Nah, I don't think that was the case tbh. Back then, even when you were getting pummeled, his passive basically gave him a free Mundo ult, and his base stats were so disgustingly overtuned that no champ could trade into him—that's what made him broken. The Haymaker damage itself? It's way stronger now, no?
