Isn't BotRK just a necessary first item for Yasuo and Yone at this point?

For those two, on the first item, a Q cooldown reduction is way more important than raw AD. Among attack speed items, BotRK feels like the most stable option they can rush. Honestly, if they made an item that gave stability while also providing crit chance and attack speed all in one, those two would buy that first instead, right? No reason they'd stick with BotRK. Way back in the day when Exhaust Yasuo top was popular, they used to rush PD (back when PD was that shield bow + attack speed version) into Frozen Mallet, and during the Mythic era, they'd rush Shieldbow.
