There's no such thing as a noble or lowly job, but there are jobs that attract a lot of lowlifes. The job itself isn't to blame.

no job is beneath anyone but the lower the barrier to entry the more likely it is statistically that fucking assholes end up in those jobs and those assholes have never put effort into anything so they're the ones doing low barrier jobs
