    Everyone, I'm saying that the health ratio damage doesn't seem to be applied — currently, it appears that only the base damage is hitting and the health ratio damage isn't.

    base damage is 340 but it's only hitting for like 320 or so

      피방시간조금남음No, but I only had one tank item—Plated Steelcaps—and the ult damage still wasn't applying properly.
