14-day ban for inting in League. 😅

Pretty much what the title says. I feel so unfair about this... Around 9 PM on October 8, I was playing solo queue and I just played badly — ended up with around 2 kills and 14 deaths. I really had no intention of feeding, my teammates also had high death counts, and the enemy team was just better, so it ended up like this. After the game, I was queuing up again and suddenly got hit with a 14-day ban. It feels so unfair. I've spent about 60,000 won on this game, and the thought of not being able to play for two weeks when I really didn't mean to int is just frustrating, so I submitted an inquiry. I got a reply like this, but the ban still hasn't been lifted. Just in case, I sent another inquiry. If anyone here has dealt with this before or can help me out, I'd really appreciate a comment.
