Should I buy Prime Karambit 2.0?

It popped up in the Night Market at 46% off, and people around me keep saying I'd be a sucker not to buy it and to just go for it, so I figured I'd ask. Right now I only have the default Katarina skin, and from what I've seen on YouTube it doesn't seem that pretty, so I'm looking for opinions.
