Anyone seen the Kha'Zix Rengar Easter egg recently?

No matter how much I search in Korean or English, the most recent video is from two years ago. If you hold shift and look at Rengar's passive tooltip, there's an Easter egg about Kha'Zix's head, but I can't find anything on Kha'Zix's side no matter how hard I look. More importantly, whenever I lane against a Rengar or Kha'Zix, I also play Rengar or Kha'Zix, and even when all the conditions are met (both at level 16, both teams alive, Rengar with 5 stacks, Kha'Zix with 3 evolutions), the 'The Hunt is On' quest never triggers. I remember seeing it a few times back in the day... Since it's still mentioned on Rengar's tooltip, it doesn't seem completely removed, but has anyone actually encountered it recently?
