Where does Dopa stand in terms of pure solo queue skill?

Honestly, Dopa's career is pretty insane when you look into it. There were seasons where he had six of his own accounts in the top 10, he's considered a solo queue authority who pops up everywhere, and his theories like the support diff theory and the top 3-minute FF theory have a lot of followers — pretty influential guy. But I'm wondering, how does he actually compare to real pros, Challengers, and the top-tier high-elo masters?

Even when I take off my fan goggles for Faker, ShowMaker, and other famous pros and look at it objectively, I see plenty of clips where Dopa just demolishes pros and he casually pulls out 70-80% win rates against Challenger-level one-tricks. It's not like there aren't stories of pros and amateurs studying Dopa's videos to practice Twisted Fate, and even in ShowMaker's so-called 'heavenly dragon' server that he claims is insane, Dopa seems to dominate more often than not. There are quite a few Youtube Challenger player videos talking about how they hit a wall against Dopa.

So for real, just being honest and dropping the pro dick-riding — purely based on solo queue with no team communication, where does Dopa's skill level actually sit? I'm a D4 player that doesn't even feel like Diamond, so it's hard for me to be objective. Thought I'd make a post about it. For the record, I'm a garbage LoL addict who likes both the pros and Dopa. Please, just skip the dick-riding for both sides and give me an honest take. I mean, it's kind of weird for a normal person to even be compared to pros, I get that.
