Do cats also drool in their sleep?

I always thought my cat drooled in her sleep cause whenever she naps on my bed, that spot would be wet. But today I heard this weird sound and found her half-asleep, frantically grooming my bed lol. Turns out she wasn't drooling at all—she was just giving my sheets a bath. And here I was worried sick she might be sick or something. She's way too cute lol
