what do you guys think of my pc?

when i have zoom and ilearn on, cpu usage shows around 90%. and when i run league on minimum settings, it goes between 95~100%. and the sound is crackling like crazy. i asked my dad to get me a new one but he said he's not ready or whatever kinda sad that my pc can't even run league..
