Why Jungle Trundle Needs a Buff

The Sunfire Cape already kicked off a tank meta, but Trundle, an anti-tank champion, doesn't even have any stats for top lane and is dead last at Tier 5 in the jungle. Just a small buff would make him a perfect counterpick against Amumu and top lane tanks like Ornn, Maokai, Malphite, and Shen, so he could probably aim for Tier 2. (Sure, the jungle would just become Amumu vs. Trundle every game, but that's still better than getting completely wrecked by Amumu in teamfights and accomplishing nothing.)
