Not like before where you could just drop it on the lane and make it impossible to push.
Instead, use it on a roughly even, pushed-in lane to control big waves and generate gold.
The minion buff stats should be on par with the old Promote summoner spell.
Honestly, stat-wise, there was no better first core item for tank supports.
