tf and heca on the enemy team, how do you macro against that?

when our top and jungle are off in side lanes causing chaos, the enemy team groups with tf ult + hecarim and keeps diving and killing one of our guys who's waveclearing. should we just take an obj and keep forcing teamfights? how do we clear side waves, basic macro isnt working. for reference im plat 4
