LoL experts! Or computer experts..

My LoL keeps crashing every 2-3 minutes About 4 out of 5 games.. It freezes and then the screen goes black But the client itself doesn't close, just the game screen Once I reconnect it works fine afterwards But I don't think it's a hardware issue It happens in ranked, normals, and URF Does anyone know why this happens? T.T
